These all look so cool and fresh. The first salad, I could not find out what courgette means, maybe I missed it. That is my favorite one.
Such fun salads. We have been eating a lot of quinoa lately.
Congratulations, Mary, on building ups such a faithful following. I just noticed that you have almost reached 2,500.
Fondly,
Glenda

Great looking salads, definitely not the usual!
All of them look so delicious but I love that cranberry, apple and walnut salad best! Yum!
Wow what great recipes - and what a variety too! All these salads make me wish it was summer here already.
Perfect timing. It is starting to get very very warm here in Texas, and I am in need of some cool summer recipes. These salads look great. Thank you for sharing such an inspired connection. I hope you are having a beautiful weekend. Love from Austin!
Perfect timing indeed!
One thing I've taught my Fiancee and his daughter is that salads don't have to be boring and tasteless. He comes from a family that were born without taste buds and treat veggies like their enemies. He grew up on the prairies, whereas I grew up on Vancouver Island with fresh gardens throughout my childhood. Nothing beats fresh veggies and salads!
One thing I love right now is Quinoa. You mention you toast them. Do you have any tips for toasting?
yum, this is lovely,, all in one spot!
Thanks for sharing these great salad combos, now all we need here in Normandy is for it to stop raining so we can eat them outdoors.
Your blog is making me hungry!! I found you because you made such a sweet comment on my blog the other day. I love your site and especially this inspiring salad post! We are growing our own veggie garden this year! Have any yummy, healthy squash recipes?

Keep up the good work!
After a reading of 103 degrees F last week, I went nuts looking for salad meals. Then, the temps plummeted to 60 degrees F. So I bookmarked this, because I know the salad days are coming back. Of course my eyes fixated on all the noodle salads...
I would really, really, REALLY like that Broccoli, tomato and feta dish!
These salads are perfect for all this crazy hot weather we've been having!
I love quinoa salads!
Mary, they all look beautiful but the presentation of the watermelon salad is magnificent! Thank you for sharing them.
I love each of them....as you might have known that I am a salad person. :-))
Salads are so great for summer, the quinoa salad looks especially bright and refreshing. Looks great!
Those are some gorgeous salads and very unusual as well!
I love salads and am going to try the rice noodle and quinoa ones. They look wonderful to me. Great post, thank you!
Your quinoa salad looks delish! I'm such a fan of quinoa, and even found a lovely red quinoa recently. It would be very pretty in your salad.
Oooh, absolutely mouth-watering! Beautiful as always, Mary :)Gorgeous selection -I'm a fan of salads and I'm loving all of your lovely salads. Particularly the cranberry-apple and walnuts salad... Delicious!
Hugs,
Aldy.

This is just perfect, Mary. I am always looking for different salad recipes to mix things up a bit here, so these are so welcome. I just bought some more quinoa and can't wait to try your quinoa salad recipe.
