Bob used a telephoto lens to capture the tiger. We were close to him but never in any danger. They are people shy. We always kept our cameras ready to go when tracking. If you have to fumble with the camera you miss the opportunity to get a shot. The elephants had picked up the tigers scent so we knew something was around and we were ready for him when he appeared. The rhino was taken with my point and shoot camera, so special equipment is not always necessary. I hope you're having a great day.
