Red Bug - Ruby Tuesday



I came across this while at a vintage car show with my grandsons. Life is, indeed, good.

    Oh my, what memories. I had a '63 white bug, purchased new, and thought I was the luckiest person alive. Wish I still had it.

    My dad had an old bug like this when I was little. For about 6 months...then I broke my leg and had to get in the back with my cast...not an easy task! LOL

    Great shot-I can almost feel the sun shining in it. Happy RT!

    Love the car and the color. My next door neighbor had a white one, when I was between 6-10 years old, 30 years ago.. the things we remember.

    yes that brings back the memories. VW's were everywhere. Back then we had a gas crisis too. the bugs were the answer, smaller cars,lol.
