Blogging with a Frozen Shoulder

The operative title of this post really should be "trying" to blog with a frozen shoulder. The time I can spend at the keyboard has been reduced by 3/4 and my new BFF is my physical therapist. I just wanted you to know that while I'll be posting daily, I fear I'll be a terrible correspondent. I will answer everyone who posts a comment and I promise to continue reading all the blogs in my reader. Hopefully, this will last only for 4 to 5 weeks and I can back with the total program. Blessings...Mary

  1. I was hoping you were going to be talking about a frozen pork shoulder.

I hope your shoulder thaws out soon. Same thing happened to me a few years ago and it took several weeks to return to normal.

  3. ROFL to Susan's comment. Mine is very selfish. I miss you! My days will be more bland without your delicious writing. Oh, and the recipes, too. Get better quickly, dear Mary.

  7. Oh Mary sweetie...
This is a food post. I whipped over here looking for dinner, instead I found you are not well. I am so sorry sweetie. I will be praying for you. A frozen shoulder is not fun. Been there, done that. I ended up with a torn rotator cuff and had to have surgery. It was bad. I will be praying for you, and I know your family will be missing dinner and supper. Oh my. Please take care. We will be here when you can pop in.

Country hugs and much love, Sherry

  17. Dear Mary, I am so sorry to hear about your shoulder. I have so been there. The therapy is so important to your recovery. The worst part is you suffer serious pain before you recover. Take the time to recover for sure. I love your posts and will miss them. However, I have had such a hard time visiting I am lucky to scroll down to all the delicious recipes I have missed.

I will check in for your progress Mary. Please get well soon.

    Hugs xoxo, Jeanne
