ReplyDeleteThanks for creating that list :), I was actually searching for some St. Pats stuff earlier in the week. I ended up making Bran muffins instead (my favourite) which if I were Irish I suppose would make them Irish muffins, so I'm going to pretend that I am. Besides, whenever I plan holiday themed baking I usually make them way after, so I suppose I'm on schedule :). Love the blog as always :).

ReplyDeleteMary, we had a St. Patrick's Day Feast last night with 10 around the table. I made your Wholemeal Irish Soda Bread and your Spotted Dog. They were a most appreciated addition to the corned beef and veggies (our British/Canadian friends add the odd brussel sprouts and rutabagas). It was all wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI also made your Irish Caraway Crisps to take to a bridge party. Such a unique cookie. Thanks for all the great recipes.
