I know that some of you will be preparing special meals for Cinco de Mayo. I thought this would be a good time to do a review some of the recipes we've featured for Mexican entrees. These are all great recipes and I hope you'll give one or two of them a try. Here are some of my favorites.

ReplyDeleteThey all look mouth-watering, and I really wouldn't know which one to choose because I love all of them :)
But I probably choose the Shrimp Enchiladas Verde, the Camarones a la Mexicana and the Tortilla Soup :)

I really am wanting to do a Cinco De Mayo party...had already been planning one but now that everyone is still struggling to get over the tornadoes....i may be re-thinking it! That...and the fact that we still dont have power! Surely we will by then so maybe this would boost everyone's spirits!! Nonetheless....these recipes look divine!!! Thanks for always having such wonderful ideas!

That orange fiesta chicken has leaped into my kitchen. I don't know how that happened. One minute I was reading the ingredient list and then the next thing I knew - ingredients were piled up on my cabinet.

Everything looks utterly delicious! I'll skip my breakfast and lunch if served with these delicious spread for dinner! I'm especially eyeing the Orange Glazed Fiesta Chicken, have checked it out, but I don't think that I'm able to find the chipotle chili, anyway, will keep a look out for this! ReplyDeleteStunning & mouth-watering! I just discovered a wonderful Mexican market in town where I bought some prepared Mole Poblano that I'll be making tomorrow when our nephew is visiting. I'm so glad you featured Pozole, too - I always order it, but have never made it & the crock pot method is great!
