These all look great - I love watermelon and so does my whole family! Actually my husband's family in Maryland makes the watermelon rind which is very different! I will have to try the gin fizz - I actually have some watermelon puree in my freezer!
I just had some watermelon for breakfast this morning, and I plan on having some on Labor Day. It is so cool and refreshing, and you have given me some great ideas.
