Okay, I'm certainly making some irish soda bread, but now I want to make some of those pancakes too. Yum! Thanks for sharing, sweet friend! I hope you are having a splendid Saturday night. Take time to relax and rejuvenate tomorrow. Hugs from Austin!
Some of my favorites as well -- will be making Irish soda bread for this St. Patrick's Day.
How wonderful! I have not had Irish soda bread in forever.
I didn't know there were so many different types of Irish bread. Thank you for stopping by and supporting Coreen. I was also touched by her story.

Mary,
They all look wonderful. I am experimenting with the Irish soda bread. I made Ina's but I'm not sure if I liked as much as my husband did. I will now try the spotted dick that you have shared as I quite like yellow raisins.
Carol

Everything looks wonderful, your Irish Potato Pancakes really have me drooling,... I'm a potato nut!
I have lacked inspiration for St. Patrick's Day. Will have to check out the bread recipes. That may be the tastiest way to go!
Thanks for creating that list :), I was actually searching for some St. Pats stuff earlier in the week. I ended up making Bran muffins instead (my favourite) which if I were Irish I suppose would make them Irish muffins, so I'm going to pretend that I am. Besides, whenever I plan holiday themed baking I usually make them way after, so I suppose I'm on schedule :). Love the blog as always :).
This is a wonderful selection- thanks for sharing with us!
Those are some great collection of Irish delicacies..great round-up...Happy St. Patrick's Day to you! Enjoy your weekend!

Mary, we had a St. Patrick's Day Feast last night with 10 around the table. I made your Wholemeal Irish Soda Bread and your Spotted Dog. They were a most appreciated addition to the corned beef and veggies (our British/Canadian friends add the odd brussel sprouts and rutabagas). It was all wonderful.
I also made your Irish Caraway Crisps to take to a bridge party. Such a unique cookie. Thanks for all the great recipes.
