What a fantastic post - and only with your vast collection could one have so much to choose from "green food wise". All look incredible - but, the ice cream rocks!
You have been on a huge peanut spree I see, as I have skimmed by your gorgeous posts. Still far too deep into the throws of planning a local food conference... Peanut everything seems to be a huge US thing. Nowhere else in the world is there such intense interest and so many foods slathered in and including peanuts and peanut butter. We do eat it on toast here, and feed our kids peanut butter and banana sandwiches - ane Reeces Pieces are sold in the stores, but that is about it, in Canada. So many allergies and bans on peanuts everywhere that even sending your child to school with a peanut butter sandwich is forbidden nowadays. It is pretty much thought of as not a good idea to serve or eat in any public place. I love peanut sauces and savoury dishes with peanuts - but sweet ones - only the good old fashioned peanut butter cookies with milk. And no one makes them any more here.
:)
