Mary, I'm 'in' for Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. The cheeseburger soup sounds really good and I love a lamb roast! Too many people don't like lamb but my wife and I love it! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

Mary, I made a dish similar to your recipe for Gratin Dauphenois and the sauce separated. The dish was so unappealing looking my son refused to eat the potatoes. This was not a recipe I just had some red skinned potatoes and half and half I wanted to use up. I baked the dish at 350 to begin but got impatient and upped the temperature to 375. I thought I had used too high a temperature and that might have been the reason for the separation. Do you have any guesses as to what the cause the problem?
