I've never been able to figure out how someone can plan a week ahead. When I did that years ago I wasted so much money. When it came time to prepare my dish for the day someone would always say they wouldn't eat it. So now I ask before going to the store.

Your meals look delish. I like the sound of that bean burger and you Thanksgiving menu sounds even better. I'm changing things up a bit this year but still haven't decided how. I start cooking some things today in preparation for the day. Your potatoes sound great slimed down. Nice post.
